The RMSA process is based upon our automated, Retail Intelligence™ Forecast that accurately predicts sales, inventories and receipts for the future by recognizing each classification's unique sales patterns, turnover potential and optimal receipt flow for each store. The process goes beyond just forecasting sales; it is a Dynamic Profit Plan built from the bottom up that offers a profit-driven view of your store’s potential. RMSA develops bottom-up planning forecasts independently for each classification or sub-classification in every store, recognizing each store's unique:

- Correct timing of deliveries

RMSA provides a professional Merchandising Analyst, backed by an expert team. Using their experience in the retail arena, as well as a full analysis of current market trends, your analyst reviews and interprets the data generated by our Retail Intelligence Forecast and recommends ways to turn the information into an effective ongoing merchandising strategy. You’ll find this unbiased viewpoint and sounding board invaluable. Each RMSA client is assigned a three-person team. Led by the analyst, the expert team also has an Account Specialist and a Planner. Each month, the Account Specialist verifies the sales data our clients submit, ensuring that the data we input into our system is correct. The Planner oversees the output of our clients’ monthly Forecasts, making any adjustments necessary to accommodate a client's unique circumstances. Once the team agrees that we have produced a solid Forecast, your Merchandising Analyst will review the Forecast with you.
