This forecast is fundamentally localized: it is a store level plan by class. The factors that make each location unique are reflected in the forecast, and adjustments for actual results maintain this location specific format. If you have a multi-location operation you can summarize the plan to look at your overall buying strategy and identify when between store transfers are necessary.
